In addition to psychiatric evaluation and medication management, values-aligned coaching and
therapy services are also offered as part of this practice and are available to all patients. These
services are grounded in the same trauma-informed, anti-racist, feminist, and gender- and
queer-affirming approach and may focus on skill-building, emotional support, identity-affirming
care, and holistic wellness goals. Coaching and therapy can be integrated with psychiatric care
or accessed as standalone supports, depending on individual needs and preferences.
Providing radically compassionate, person-first, collaborative care for individuals experiencing
behavioral health and addiction-related challenges. Committed to whole-person treatment, harm reduction, and individualized services build on a foundation of social justice.

My work centers on restoring dignity, voice, and safety for people living with behavioral health and addiction-related challenges. I practice trauma-informed, harm-reduction-focused, whole-person care — grounded in compassion, social justice, and the belief that every story deserves to be met with gentleness and respect. My practice intentionally welcomes and affirms Queer, BIPOC, and neurodivergent individuals, honoring the layered experiences of identity, trauma, and resilience.
