Mutual Care is a 6-week, clinician-facilitated peer therapy group designed specifically for nurses in Lancaster County and surrounding PA communities.

This program is for teens and adults with ADHD—diagnosed or self-identified—who want practical tools and a better understanding of how their brains work.
